Refill a Pharmacy Prescription

Your request will be submitted to the Veterinarian for review. There are rules enforced by the State of Ohio Pharmacy Board and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board: The patient must have been examined within the last 12 months; Controlled Substances such as Phenobarbital can only be filled for a maximum of 6 months; Prescriptions are non-returnable and not to be used for another patient; Recipient of Controlled Substances must be 18 years of age or older.
